CFF Westpac fundraising gala ball – May 16
On May 16 in Melbourne's Sofitel Hotel, CTF partnered with Westpac in hosting our first inaugural major fundraising event. The ball saw 300 guests charmed by the evening's master of ceremonies, TV’s delightful personality Shelly Craft. The night's proceedings included silent and live auctions, live music by Christine Anu and Vinyl Replay, as well as an intervew with Catherine Freeman by media legend Ray Martin. The ball raised nearly $70,000 which is a spectacular result thanks to the great kindness of terrific Australians. A special mention must be made of Nicole Morris of Westpac for her effort in organising this event.
